Quotes and Charges

  • All Quotations are in GBP and exclude VAT (currently 20%).
  • Provided quotes do not cover additional costs such as waiting time, parking/airport fees, congestion charges, and tolls.
  • For airport pickups, waiting time charges commence after the first 45 minutes. For all other services, waiting time charges begin after 15 minutes, billed at £35 per hour during standard hours and £45 per hour during anti-social hours.
  • Tips for chauffeurs are entirely at the client’s discretion.
  • Any last-minute changes/requests to the agreed services/routes must be communicated to and approved by the office. Any additional costs will be added to the final invoice.
  • Chauffeurs prioritize the most efficient route unless the client requests otherwise.

Additional Costs (Where Applicable)

  • Bank Holiday surcharges apply on the following dates: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
  • Should the vehicle’s interior be soiled or damaged by a guest, cleaning fees and compensation for downtime will be charged.
  • Berryfields Executive Cars reserves the right to adjust rates in response to factors such as inflation, fuel costs, legal changes, or any unforeseen external influences.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at 100% of the agreed fee.

For our wedding and sporting events chauffeur services, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will be charged in full.

Payment Terms

  • New clients are required to settle invoices within 5 days of the issue date.
  • Existing corporate clients benefit from a payment term of 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Late payments beyond 30 days will incur a 25% surcharge, and a revised invoice will be issued.
  • Berryfields Executive Cars does not store credit or debit card details for security purposes.

Liability and Property

  • Berryfields Executive Cars is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during transit, regardless of cause.
  • Any items left in the vehicle will be returned or made available for collection, as agreed with the client.
  • For the safety of our guests and to maintain our high standards, we kindly request that all luggage be stored in the designated storage area and not placed inside the cabin.

Company Rights

  • Any claims arising from service delivery are limited to a refund of the journey cost. Additional compensation remains at the discretion of Berryfields Executive Cars.
  • For the safety of clients, chauffeurs, and vehicles, dashboard cameras may be operational in all vehicles.

  • Berryfields Executive Cars is willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for projects that require confidentiality.
  • We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and are actively working toward achieving carbon neutrality.

Partner Services

  • During peak periods, Berryfields Executive Cars may collaborate with trusted affiliates to deliver services. We retain full accountability for the quality and professionalism of all journeys arranged on our behalf.

We welcome registered guide dogs; however, we kindly request advance notice.
