Pricing and Payments

Our charges are bespoke for each and every job. They are calculated on the basis of date, times, locations, duration of hire, type of car, and the distances involved. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

We offer up to one hour of complimentary waiting time for airport pickups and up to 15 minutes for other locations. Additional waiting time will be charged at the end of the assignment unless agreed in advance.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Corporate accounts can be arranged for regular clients.

Airport Transfers

  1. Will the driver meet me at the airport?

We are pleased to offer a discreet Meet & Greet service upon request at the time of booking. For all other pickups, our chauffeurs will meet you at the designated guest pickup points, which vary by airport and terminal. Your chauffeur will confirm the meeting point details on the day of your journey.

  1. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real-time to ensure your chauffeur adjusts their arrival time accordingly. However, we kindly ask our guests to update their chauffeur with any delays if possible. There are no additional charges for delays within the complimentary waiting period.

  1. Are the airport charges included in the fare?

Airport charges are either billed separately or paid directly by the guest unless agreed otherwise in advance.
